The effect of applying modern methods of management and motivation on the efficiency of the performance of workers in Libyan banks

Abstract

The current study aimed at Identifying modern administrative methods, their importance, identifying the types of motivation, and its importance, and verifying the effect of applying modern administrative methods in raising the efficiency of workers in Libyan banks. The descriptive analytical method was
used for its relevance to the study, and the study sample consisted of (281) employees who work in private banks in Libya, and for the purpose of data collection, the researcher designed a questionnaire consisting of (45) phrases. After collecting the data, the researcher used the spss statistical program for
the purpose of analyzing them. The study concluded the following results:
- There is an effect of applying modern administrative methods on raising the efficiency of workers in private banks in Libya with an average of (4.45) and that the chi-square values for all the expressions were statistically significant at the level (0.01) or less, which shows the discrepancy in the views of community members on these expressions.

- There is an effective positive effect of incentives in raising the efficiency of the performance of workers in private banks in Libya with an average of (4.48) and that the chi-square values for all phrases were statistically significant at the level (0.01) or less, which shows the divergence of views of
community members on these phrases.
