Schopenhauer View of the Manifestations of Will and its Relationship to Existence

Abstract

Schopenhauer's concept of will differs greatly from that of other philosophers, as it is not that (psychological force) that commands the mind, but rather it is irrational. It is out of time and space and it is single and it represents the real essence of personality. This opinion contradicts most of the philosophers who view the mind as the (essence).
