Denotations Styles and their Denotations in the Libyan ancient House

Abstract

The Libyan decoration style and arts have enjoyed a prominent position though the different ages. However، only few studies have been conducted on exploring this valuable heritage. Therefore، this study aims to document some of the aspects of this heritage through identifying and interpreting the decoration elements used in constructing the Libyan ancient house in the western region.  A field study was adopted by the researcher on an old house in Abe-Essa.
