Methodology of Judicial Decisions Comments

Abstract

Commenting on adjudications is an issue which has been addressed by the law. It has been settled either negatively or positively based on the provided arguments and reasons which are supposed to be consistent with each other and with the statement of adjudication. Commenting on these adjudications is considered as a monitoring, follow-up, assessment and evaluation strategy. Writing these comments should follow the scientific research standards and guidelines as it is seen as a mini research which requires a good research methodology similar to other researches.
