The Effect of a Training Program on Developing the Skills of Puppet Theater among Female students of the Department of Children Kindergarten at the Faculty of Education - Al Zawia

Abstract

This research investigated the impact of the training program on developing the puppet theater skills among the female students of the department of children's kindergarten at the faculty of education - Al-Zawia. The skills included preparing and writing a theatrical play، designing an educational bride، employing elements of stage show in the production of theatre shows. The program also involved providing them with information and theoretical and practical skills about child theater. Moreover، new standard tools for measuring the impact of this program have been designed. The researcher applied the one-group style of empirical approach، the findings revealed higher arithmetical averages of pre and post measurement with an increase in these averages for the post measurement in the three skills. The value of (T) was (23.92, 19.94, 24.42) respectively and this indicates the effectiveness of the prepared training program.
