Legal Assurances for the Rights of Illegal Immigrants

Abstract

Over the past two decades، the theme of illegal immigration has been widely debated at scientific conferences organized under the auspices of states and governmental and non-governmental organizations involved in the prevention of the human trafficking and in the provision of aid to refugees with the concern of promoting human rights. Several international declarations and agreements on the identification of the obligations of the parties concerned with the illegal immigration such as the liability of countries of destination and countries of transit.  More various strategies related to security، economic and social issues have been also proposed. This has been made to shed light on illegal immigration from a different aspect which has not been of interest to researchers. It is about the violation of immigrants’ rights especially in the countries of transit and destination. It has been reported that immigrants in these countries are badly treated and are suffering very hard life conditions.
