The study aimed to measure the contribution of job burnout to employees’ job satisfaction at Zueitina Oil Company. The descriptive analytical model was used by questioner of 72 employees working in the administrative field of the company selected randomly. The study found a statistically significant relationship between work pressures as one of the causes of job burnout at the Zueitina oil Company and employees’ satisfaction of the job. Moreover, the study also showed a statistically significant effect between incentives and rewards at Zueitina Oil Company and employees’ job satisfaction. The study recommends the need to focus on the problems and pressures that Zueitina Oil Company employees are exposed to and work to reduce them and encourage workers through incentives and rewards in order to reduce job burnout at the company
