Abstract
The widening circle and exacerbation of the level of risks in the pharmaceutical industries may be due to the negligence surrounding the drug producers, or it may be due to other reasons that result in consequences that differ in view of the harm this product may cause to human health.
That the drug product contains defects is considered a problem that needs to be solved, as some questions arise from this problem, including: What are the most prominent legal and positional restrictions on the responsibility of drug producers?
