Abstract

Weathering is an interactive natural process between the surfaces of rocks and climatic elements, according to which different patterns of the surface of the earth are determined, and they are imparted with a cover of regolith and soil, with different characteristics according to the different place. The research adopted an inductive approach in identifying the effect of weathering on the surface of the region, and the changes that occurred to it. The features of this approach appeared in the field work, and the consequent descriptive arrangement of the information, which concluded that the Weathering has a weak effect on the rocky surfaces. Due to local factors the region is not free of a soil related to the weathering process, which can be classified in the country's economic basket.
