Balance Methodology in Legitimate Purposes between Al-Shatbi’s Approvals and Ibn Ashour’s Purposes

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the practical aspects of balance in achieving the purposes of both al-Shatabi in his approvals and Ibn Ashour in his purposes. In order to achieve the objective of the study, an analytical comparison research methodology was used. The analysis revealed the most important distinctions between their different approaches in their report of balance, and identified their different methods used in achieving their goals of understanding the legitimate purposes.
