Abstract

In 2011, entered a state of political instability that ultimately led to the fall of the ruling regime which governed Libya for more than four decades. However, stability is still elusive in Libya. The UN tried to settle the Libyan crisis through coordination with non-official groups in Libya such as civil society organizations, tribes, armed groups and parties. This study aims to identify the extent of the participation of such non-official groups in the UN’s initiatives to settle the Libyan crisis.
